Eddie Ordonez, Site Supervisor – Reginal Chavez

Eddie holds a double major in Psychology and Spanish. He has worked in youth development since October 2022, starting as an out of school time instructor before advancing to Site Supervisor, where he now oversees the entire program. He was drawn to CFL by its commitment to creating safe, engaging spaces for kids to grow outside the classroom. Eddie’s approach centers on building a well-structured environment filled with fun and learning, so students feel safe and confident to be themselves. Outside of work, he plays multiple instruments — saxophone, keyboard, trombone, and guitar — and is a big football/soccer fan who enjoyed following this summer’s World Cup.
