Yarenna Delgado, Site Supervisor – Oñate
Yarenna has spent the past four years working in youth development, starting as an instructor before advancing to Site Supervisor. She will celebrate four years with CFL this August, drawn to the role by her love of working with kids. Yarenna’s approach centers on making sure every child knows they have someone they can count on — a place where they feel truly cared for, not just supervised. As a mom herself, she brings a personal understanding of what parents look for in a program for their children.
Leslie Aguilar, Site Supervisor – Oñate
Leslie is currently attending Central New Mexico Community College, working toward her Medical Lab Technician degree, and has completed several trainings in child development, safety, and youth programming. She has worked in before- and out of school time programs for the past five years and has been a Site Supervisor with CFL for three years. Leslie was drawn to CFL for the chance to do meaningful work with kids in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment, and her goal is to help every child feel valued and excited to come back each day. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, especially outdoors, and enjoys swimming.
