Alexia Rodriguez, Site Supervisor – Helen Cordero

Alexia is currently pursuing a double major in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and plans to graduate in 2027 before continuing to earn a Ph.D. and become a licensed therapist. She has worked with children since 2024, serving as an Instructor, Assistant Site Supervisor, and now Site Supervisor with CFL since October 2024. Alexia believes every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and encouraged, and works to build an environment where kids can have fun, build friendships, and grow in confidence. Outside of work, she loves to dance — especially Ballet Folklórico — and enjoys hiking and exploring New Mexico’s national parks.
